The BobbyJack

The BobbyJack Pipelift is an industrial lifting device designed to raise pipes in pipe rack systems to allow for inspection, maintenance, installation of pipe shoes, and other activities which require lifting the pipes from the supporting beams.

The BobbyJack eliminates the need for a crane, crane operator, & rigger. It can be used in almost any environment and can be installed by one person from ground level, an elevated platform, a manlift, or by rope access.

The BobbyJack Offset Pipe Support (OPS) is the perfect companion to the Bobby Jack Pipe Lift, designed to prevent crevice corrosion and streamline pipe maintenance. By allowing pipes to remain elevated for as long as necessary, the OPS ensures proper paint curing, reduces downtime, and lowers maintenance costs. Its secure, adjustable design makes it easy to install, reposition, and reuse, providing a reliable and cost-effective solution for industrial piping systems.

Dual-Sided BobbyJack

Featuring use with rope access

For scenarios requiring evenly distributed lifting force on both sides of a support beam, our dual-sided BobbyJack is the perfect solution. This innovative version of the BobbyJack features two support arms placed atop the beam on either side of the pipe, ensuring balanced and stable lifting. Jacking assemblies are positioned beneath the pipe on both sides, while a thermoplastic anti-corrosion support secures the pipe in place after lifting. Like all BobbyJack equipment, this version is designed for easy disassembly and removal, making it as efficient as it is versatile.
